Ingredients

  • 1pc ripe banana
  • 200ml Milk alternative
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • 125g Flour
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1tbsp Coconut oil
  • 50g fresh fruit of your choice
  • 30ml Maple syrup

Preparation

Chop the ripe banana thoroughly and mix with the soy milk and vanilla extract. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix to form a batter.

Then pour the coconut oil into a hot pan and fry the pancakes one after the other. To do this, pour a ladle of batter into the pan, wait until the batter bubbles. Then turn and fry for a further 1-2 minutes.

Serve the pancakes with fresh fruit, cashew nuts and maple syrup.
