Our pistachios are gently roasted and carefully salted. Using a special process, we manage to bring out the aroma of the Nuts and give them a special crunchiness. After the roasting process, the pistachios are lightly refined with salt to emphasize the taste without dominating it.

We roast our pistachios so that their shells crack open slightly, making it easy for you to remove them. Unopened pistachios do not go into the bags. However, if a closed nut gets lost in the bag, you should dispose of it. In this case, they were not ripe when they were roasted and will not ripen again.
